Hi, was having a bit of a tidy up today and took a pic of some yokomo YZ10 shells.

Thought you guys might like to see the subtle variations, rear two are lightweight ones

From my last racing year, that was 1994, I have also my Yokomo YZ10 94. My other race car, Team Losi XX can be seen here: . This Yokomo was in long-term storage at my friend's parent's garage almost 20-years but I got it back to home last autumn....

Ah, some more mod:
- The front shock tower was floating . The ZY10 94 didn't necessarily need this anymore, unlike all the aluminium and magnesum bulkhead version Yokomos that we used had this mod to prevent bulkheads (both front and rear) to break....

This was on for I believe £195 BIN before but I guess there wasnt as much watchers as expected or just the price.

The other still hasnt been bid on, I would have but at the moment I'm just piling up Yokomos and not doing anything with them....

Looks like a regular 870C to me but just with a later model top plate. The models after the 870C all had 6 cells slots plus a narrower chassis.

Hi guys i was trying to order bodyshells for my cougar 2000 & Cat 2000 EC, some of the body shells are called * Laydown * ?!?!? What does this term mean ??

Also finished this the other day its a 97 spec yz10 which would have been used by the yokomo team prior to the 97 worlds, kind of done in Masami colours.

Well my yokomo 870c turned up in the mail today and some off you may recognize it as i bought it off ebay and i must say its in alot better condition than i first thought, its so clean there's nothing at all it needs, i was considering pulling it...

Thanks for the replies, I think i will leave it as a yz10 i love the replica look, i thought there might be a bigger difference but if its only wheels and a body i am happy to display it as is.

Wonder if any one can help, I have just purchased a mint 870c and also got 2 other chassis with it. Looks like another 870/YZ10 carbon chassis and I am not sure what the other is? It seems to be a shorter wheelbase and is all carbon as...

As most of you know I am Yokomo fan, although most would say the wrong kind - On-road! I came upon this car, just for some of the electronics. I knew it was a Yokomo just not which version. After Trolling around here, figured out it is a YZ10 94....
