Although not quite Easter yet my wife made these pancakes for breakfast. Sorry kids if the bunny doesn't visit your house, he was pretty tasty :D

That's pretty darned cute!

I didn't realize it was Easter Sunday this weekend when I made the menu and did the shopping or I'd have considered Eggs Benedict for the occasion.
