This past spring I picked up a Mamba Max Pro and 5700 combo from my LHS. It came with a coupon for a free Castle Link USB adapter which I forgot about until a few weeks ago. I found the coupon in my manual when I was trying figure out how to custom program the esc and thought well why not? So I went online and put in the info for the free part and was ready to check out but at check out, even though my total with shipping was zero, it still wanted payment. I backed out of that and decided to wait. So last week I tried again except now it said my coupon code was no longer valid and they were charging me full price plus shipping. So I backed out again and sent them an email asking if the promotion was over or because I had already input the code it would not accept it anymore even though I had not placed the order. Well that email went to their sales dept. because of course this was not a support or tech issue. I waited not quite a week and hadn't heard back and was starting to wonder if my email filters were blocking them so I sent another email to customer support with all of this same info. This time I heard back from them with in the hour, wanted my info to see if an order had gone through or shipped etc. So I gave them that, and not too long after another email saying one would be shipped.
Then I got another email from the sales dept. apologizing for the delayed response and if I could send them my info they would get one out to me.
I couldn't let that happen so I told them I was not upset I'm sure summer time is a busy time for them and that one was already being sent out to me but thank you etc. She emailed me back and said someone in sales had just quit this week with out notice and they are a bit swamped, so I guess there's a sales job opening in Kansas.
Anyway, I've heard good things about their customer service in the past and this is the first time I dealt with them and they were great! I think I will be going back for more.
