The battery strap used on my SE is not home made, it's original RPS stuff. I will scan my strap and upload it.

Thank you very much mate. I have sent you a pm too. I only thought it might be home made because you've made such excellent stuff in the past and I have never seen what this chassis is meant to come with.kustomizerz wrote:The battery strap used on my SE is not home made, it's original RPS stuff. Cheers

I was going to say it, but Tak beat me to it. I have a NIP strap with an RPS header card/tag just like the one in his pic.
Good to hear from you again Tak, you've been too quiet lately.
Looks good Ed!

Back of the queue buddy! (Oh and he's already said no)Eau Rouge wrote:Should you EVER feel the need to part with it... you have my address.

Excellent! BTW do you mean chassis when you said under tray? Or is there meant to be a lexan under tray with this chassis.kustomizerz wrote:I'm going to look for the header of the strap and under tray from now...

Din't you have a mercedes body for it (if it's not you, that probably sounds weird, but I could swear somebody had a mercedes andy's body on wonderdogfighter here)Eau Rouge wrote:Yup.Dr. Robotnik wrote:do you have this chassis? I never heard you mention it before. Please post pics. The car currently sits in original fiberglass setup, awaiting some time to make the swap-over. I have original 1200SCs for it, along with a few Novak electronics. I'd like to find an early Novak 1 for it, but so far, I haven't had the luck.

Sounds nice Eau, lets see some pics. Is your chassis new? If I remember right your RPS SE is a new build right?
Sanyo SC's I just found an inexpensive cheap supply....I hope it works out.
Mr.ED I think you are right.
Have a nice weekend all.

Yeah, my car was originally a backup for a Southern California dirt oval racer. The car is NOS and the body was one of the first original Andy's Mercedes dirt oval bodies done and painted.
Here's how it sits now, except now with aluminum wheels... still yet to be cleaned up.
