I concur on having the subforums on their own for the same reasons mentioned. More likely to catch more traffic and interest I think.
I haven't gone through all of them but if there's any which makes sense to leave as-is, please speak up.

Sweet truck, the red looks great. Do you have plans for an esc and receiver? XL-1 with red heatsink would be a nice touch. Awesome motor choice by the way.

On another note. Have you added shock and diff fluid to yours? Mine had nearly no shock fluid at all when new. Don't remember if I added fluid to the diffs, but I think I did when the shocks were done.THEYTOOKMYTHUMB wrote: ↑Sun Apr 14, 2024 4:33 pm Charging this little ripper. Charging this little ripper. Only car I own that I actually drive. 🥴 These little suckers are actually quite a hoot to toy with, not to mention tough as nails. I accidentally launched this baby down 8 feet of concrete basement stairway and didn't phase it one bit except for a broken rear wing. Ther...

I've been wanting to do a 12mm spring conversion on my T4.3 runner. Think I have a set of 12mm truck springs to if I remember right.BeastyShout wrote: ↑Sat Apr 13, 2024 7:34 pm Put on 12mm spring conversion on 10mm Factory Team V2 shocks.
Bought some B6 parts to begin an experiment with the B4.

Re: So, what did you do RC today?
Been working on this B4 FT build here and there lately with a mix of used but mostly new parts. Used parts are the chassis, front carbon arms, both shock towers, rear blue aluminum hub carriers and blue titanium turnbuckles. Put on some 12mm B6 shocks, aluminum steering knuckles & wide front axl...

Re: Aluminum idler gear
What are thoughts regarding a hardened steel idler gear like the Robinson Racing idler? Just now noticed that one.
Anyways, I'll be keeping the stock nylon idler in the brushless T4 runner. The aluminum unit will be installed in one of the B4 or T4 shelfers.

Aluminum idler gear
Are there advantages/disadvantages running an aluminum idler gear? Please post your opinions and/or experiences. I recently just picked up an aluminum idler gear for a 2.6 trans on ebay. It can be used in my RC10 T4 brushless basher or in a shelf queen. My original thought was it would have an advan...

That's cool. My brother and I had a 905 series unit. I'm half tempted to buy one for old times' sake.juicedcoupe wrote: ↑Sat Mar 30, 2024 11:41 am I've still got my Hobbico and Kyosho chargers that I had in the 90's, including the boxes. I use the Hobbico to power my comm lathe.
