Sand scorcher re-release is coming....possibly?
Sand scorcher re-release is coming....possibly?
Tamiya is re-releasing the sand scorcher. Finally I can get another one. go to http://www.facebook.com/pages/RCTVLIVE/104315583287 for more info.
This would be awesome. I'm sure it would have a different name, but I bet Mrlexan could make some new decals for it.

Yeah I wouldn't jump up and down either, but hopefully this is true.
Why would you want to sell your nib scorcher?

Re: Sand scorcher re-release is coming....possibly?
many who pay big bucks for originals do so because they are original, but some do it because there is no alternative way to get that kit. The re release will most likely decrease the average selling price of originals in the near term, so selling early makes sense.[email protected] wrote:Why would you want to sell your nib scorcher?
He is likely to make enough money on a current sale to buy a re-re and then also be able to buy back a nib original once the re-releases have flooded the market.
of course it's all a bit of a gamble

As many of you know, I got a divorce this last year and during that time I spent about $27K on my lawyer, car and bills. As much as I hate to do it, I plan to sell off the bulk of my collection. I need to start putting money back into my savings instead of withdrawing. As[email protected] wrote:Why would you want to sell your nib scorcher?

Oh I'm sorry to hear that. I understand that. I had to help support my father the last few years cause the va was trying to stop giving him his disability checks. They said he was dying so why should they pay him? I said his cancer is 100% service connected, that's why should pay him. People don't get it. Well hope everything goes better for ya in the near future.shodog wrote:As many of you know, I got a divorce this last year and during that time I spent about $27K on my lawyer, car and bills.
